Lenovo in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a senior program management professional to coordinate global diagnostic tooling programs, telemetry, and service data analysis. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure new platforms launch with robust serviceability for field support.

Ideal candidates combine technical program management experience with serviceability knowledge and a strong focus on user experience, collaboration, and execution discipline.

Formación

• Coordinate global, cross-functional programs focused on diagnostic tooling, service data collection, telemetry and log analysis.
• Guide troubleshooting, service automation, predictive diagnostics, problem determination, and field service user experience.
• Work with Engineering, Service, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Operations and technology partners to launch new platforms with the serviceability capabilities required to diagnose, support, and repair them.
• Strong combination of technical program management, serviceability knowledge, user-experience thinking, cross-functional leadership, and execution discipline.
