Lenovo in Mexico is seeking a technical program manager to coordinate global, cross-functional programs focused on diagnostic tooling, service data collection, telemetry and log analysis, guided troubleshooting, service automation, predictive diagnostics, problem determination, and field service user experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Service, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Operations, and key technology partners to ensure new platforms launch

Qualifications

• Strong combination of technical program management and serviceability knowledge.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and execution discipline.
