Tendencys Innovations is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Monterrey Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio, partnering with Hiring Managers to source and place top talent across multiple functions and levels.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing skills, and strong stakeholder management. This role offers opportunities across a growing global tech company with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, profiles, or levels of seniority.
• Strong proactive sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Technology, and leadership roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess fit and capabilities.
• Coordinate offers and negotiations, and track recruitment metrics.
