Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking aSenior Commercial Finance Analyst to support the development and analysis of the monthly commercial forecast and promote financial understanding across the Commercial Organization.

You will provide analysis, actionable insights, and decision-support to optimize Energizer's sales and profit growth, manage the Trade Spend funds and pricing strategy, and contribute to major proposals and system improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.

Position Summary

This position supports the development and analysis of the monthly commercial forecast. The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst also promotes financial understanding and reinforces sound financial principles across the Commercial Organization. Key responsibilities include supporting the achievement of the Commercial Gross Margin plan and forecast by providing analysis, actionable insights, and decision-making support.

Responsibilities

Specific Accountabilities

• Lead the customer teams during business planning by providing financial and business analysis (in collaboration with the Finance COE); analyze customer plans to ensure financial expectations are achieved.
• Investigate and provide understanding about Market/Cluster Performance, Outlook and Risk profile, through analysis and partnering with Commercial Teams.
• Provide decision support to Commercial Teams to help optimize Energizer’s sales and profit growth.
• Manage the Trade Spend funds and pricing strategy to optimize ROI and ensure financial goals are met
• Provide financial analysis for major proposals affecting the business; e.g. contract renewals, line reviews and competitive pressures.
• Support delivery of system & process improvements through collaboration with TG COE and engagement with the commercial team.
• In depth evaluation (review & commentary on trends & anomalies) and reporting to key stakeholders for month end close activities & reports - examples: Monthly Flash Report (MFR), GSR and Working Capital Reconciliation, etc.

Establish follow-up actions to; course correct poor performance, or amply good outcomes

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Min 2-4 years business experience

• Complexity: Most likely single market, in direct BP responsibility. Multi in support role.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, delivering quality output while adhering to tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral skills
