Key Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to the local sales team by managing sales-related inquiries, preparing quotes, and assisting with the documentation process.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales order processing.


• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to help the sales team achieve their objectives.


• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.


• Handle logistics-related tasks such as order tracking, shipment updates, and managing inventory as needed.


• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s logistics services and products to provide accurate information to customers.


• Support the implementation of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of logistics experience (preferably in a sales support or customer service role).


• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus.
