Drive Capital is seeking a Partner Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment partners. In this role, you will serve as an ambassador for ApplyBoard, driving student enrollment through strong relationship management with educational agents and institutions. With a post-secondary education and 4 years of relevant experience, you will implement effective recruitment strategies. The position offers opportunities for personal development in a collaborative environment focused on access to quality education worldwide.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, ideally within the international education sector.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders, from students to educational agents.
• Resourceful problem‑solver capable of navigating complex situations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an ambassador for ApplyBoard and represent the mission and services.
• Cultivate an understanding of ApplyBoard’s value to promote to a diverse audience.
• Develop strategies to increase international student enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and provide training.
