Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Familiarity with electronic components and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy standardized working methods for managing critical component shortages.
• Participate in daily shortage review meetings with contract manufacturers to identify and resolve supply constraints.
• Track and report supplier delivery performance, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Maintain and update the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure accountability and follow-through on shortage mitigation actions.
• Support efforts for supply continuity and collaborate with internal/external partners to mitigate delivery risks.
