Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain Rapid Supply Coordinator to join our Rapid Response Team in Querétaro, Mexico.

You will support standardized methods for managing critical component shortages, work with contract manufacturers and internal teams to track performance, and help maintain supply continuity. In this role you will drive shortage resolution through daily reviews, update the Rolling Action Item List, and collaborate across functions to mitigate delivery risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Familiarity with electronic components and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy standardized methods for managing critical component shortages.
• Attend daily shortage review meetings with contract manufacturers to resolve constraints.
• Track and report supplier delivery performance with timely updates.
• Maintain the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure accountability on shortage mitigation actions.
• Support supply continuity and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate delivery risks.
• Travel requirements: Up to 20% of travel is required.
