Schneider Electric in Cd. Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality across strategic contract manufacturers and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.

You will drive ISO certification readiness, establish corrective actions, and develop a multi-year roadmap to hand quality system ownership to partners, while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience implementing ISO-compliant quality systems.
• Proven experience leading 8D investigations and corrective actions.
• Experience with customer audits and executive-level quality reviews.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and certification of ISO-compliant QMS at third-party facilities.
• Drive governance, KPIs, escalation processes and quality integration with partners.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D and DMAIC approaches.
• Establish and track quality KPIs and conduct periodic business reviews with suppliers.
