Giga Energy is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the full quality value chain at supplier locations in Mexico. This role involves developing a Quality Management System (QMS), managing supplier quality, and leading a quality team.

Based onsite in Chihuahua, the ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and extensive experience in quality management in manufacturing. The position offers benefits like subsidized health insurance, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality management in electrical, power, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier quality in an international CM environment.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional quality teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a QMS aligned with ISO 9001.
• Lead internal and external audits, including ISO certification efforts.
• Ensure all incoming materials meet specifications.
