Job summary

Mondelēz International in Mexico leads regional quality programs to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

You will manage a team of quality experts, drive KPIs, audits, CAPA, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to embed quality in development and production.

This role is full-time with hybrid work and travel up to 60% to support partner plants in Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in QA within food/beverage or CPG.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management systems (HACCP/GFSI).
• Experience leading audits (FDA/USDA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and sub‑regional teams to execute quality programs.
• Develop and report quality KPIs to improve product safety and compliance.
• Manage internal/external audits and CAPA processes.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to embed quality in product development.
• Drive continuous improvement with data analytics and root-cause analysis.
