Job summary

Flex seeks a Sr. Quality Director based at Guadalajara South Site, Mexico. You will report to the VP Operations and lead the quality and regulatory programs to prevent defects in products, coordinating across Americas, Europe, and Asia.

You will drive compliance, develop system strategies, and coach QA chiefs. Travel across the Americas is required, and fluent English is essential to interact with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and international regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and coordinate product assurance programs across locations.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, quality and customer representatives to ensure compliance.
• Lead quality and regulatory strategies to meet business goals and comply with standards.
