Job summary

Mondelez México seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance to lead quality systems across operations, R&D, and supply chain. You will oversee audits, CAPA, and risk management, ensuring product safety and compliance with global standards.

The role requires a strong QA background in food/beverage, stakeholder management, and international regulatory knowledge, with travel up to 60%. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive QA experience in food/beverage or CPG industries.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and external regulatory schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional quality teams to implement global quality programs.
• Develop and report KPIs for quality and food safety.
• Oversee internal and external audits (GFSI, FDA, ISO, FSSC 22000, etc.).
• Manage risk across supply chain including raw materials and manufacturing.
• Drive CAPA and continuous improvement using data analytics.
