Flowserve Corporation in Querétaro seeks a proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage a diverse supplier portfolio and drive the full purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery. You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering to mitigate shortages, ensure on-time material delivery, and uphold quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in purchasing, strong English written skills, and experience with SAP or Oracle.

Formación

2–4 years in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management in manufacturing.
Experience with domestic and international suppliers and PO follow-up.
Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and PO lifecycle.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical docs.
Intermediate English with strong written communication for global stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Manage an assigned portfolio of domestic and international suppliers and monitor performance.
Execute end-to-end purchasing: review requisitions, issue POs, track orders to delivery.
Maintain supplier communications on status, dates, quantities, and documentation.
Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering on shortages and risks.
Support resolution of supplier quality issues and nonconforming materials.
