Siemens in Querétaro is seeking a Strategic Procurement Specialist to manage the total purchasing volume for a designated commodity group. You will shape sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and drive cost reductions while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the business.

The role requires 3–5 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP MM. Fluency in English is essential for global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Fluent English skills; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies for the assigned commodity group to secure the right supply base.
• Achieve productivity objectives including savings, payment terms, and global value sourcing.
• Lead cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives.
• Implement digitalization with strategic suppliers and ensure audit-ready processes.
• Lead sourcing activities: RFQ, comparisons, ToCo, Sourcing Committee.
• Develop dual sources as required by strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, quality, and procurement engineering.
• Manage supplier risk and supplier development activities.
