Flowserve seeks a proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage a portfolio of domestic and international suppliers supporting operations. The role covers the full purchasing cycle—from requisition to PO creation, supplier follow-up, and on-time delivery of quality materials across North America, China, India, and Canada.

The candidate will collaborate with Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering, using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Formación

• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related.
• Experience managing domestic and international suppliers.
• Intermediate English with written communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with logistics/import-export coordination.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Pump industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of domestic and international suppliers.
• Execute end-to-end purchasing process from requisitions to PO issuance.
• Follow orders through delivery and quality release.
• Maintain regular communication on status, dates, quantities, and docs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Logistics and Engineering teams.
• Support resolution of supplier quality issues with Quality/Engineering.
• Review inventory needs and procurement requirements.
• Prepare purchasing-status reports and procurement metrics.
