Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist Ancillary Equipment to manage supplier performance and risk within a defined portfolio. You will ensure delivery quality, risk control and commercial alignment while acting as a regional supplier base expert, coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration across procurement, engineering and category management to optimize OTD, cost and competitiveness in a multi-time-zone environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing and category management methodologies.
• Strong analytical ability to collect, analyze and interpret data using MS Office and Power BI.
• Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management, risk and OTD concepts.
• Experience with SAP and sourcing tools like Ariba is a plus.
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities.
• Knowledgeable in PCBA, semiconductors and EMS supply base is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Overall account management for the assigned suppliers, including monitoring performance and corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier health, risk, capacity and solvency, advising actions as needed.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for performance issues.
• Coordinate escalations and risks with appropriate channels.
• Collect data for reporting and regulatory needs.
• Support supplier claims related to warranty and damages.
• Prepare, chair and follow up on supplier business review meetings.
• Monitor spend against AVL and roadmap set by Category Management.
• Review with Supplier Performance Group and Category Management on performance reports.
• Operate in compliance with Flowserve policies and procedures.
