AvantStay is seeking a hands‑on technical leader to own both property technology and corporate IT. You will define networking standards across vacation homes, hotels and multi‑unit properties, while also owning identity, access, and SaaS administration for corporate users.

You will mentor 1–2 junior engineers and drive automation to scale operations. The role emphasizes building repeatable systems, using AI to reduce manual work, and partnering with Product/Engineering to connect property tech

Formación

• 6+ years of experience across network/infrastructure/systems IT engineering or related.
• Strong networking fundamentals: switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, firewalls, PoE, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience designing or supporting networks across multiple locations and diagnosing wireless issues.
• Experience administering modern cloud-based corporate IT environments (IAM, SSO, MFA, SaaS).
• Ability to automate workflows using scripting, APIs or automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own network standards across AvantStay portfolio including LAN/WAN and wireless.
• Design, review, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, APs, routers, firewalls, DHCP/DNS).
• Collaborate with ISPs and vendors; resolve outages and performance issues.
• Own property IoT systems: locks, gateways, thermostats, sensors, and other devices.
• Build monitoring/diagnostics for health of networks and devices.
• Create repeatable deployment standards and documentation for new properties.
• Lead corporate IT: Google Workspace, Okta, SSO/MFA, identity management, SaaS access.
