Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Project Manager to support the execution of customer order projects within the Switchgear Queretaro Order Management team.

You will manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting to ensure commitments are met within scope, quality, timeline, and cost. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will monitor progress, maintain records, track financial performance, identify risks, and help deliver orders across the project lifecycle in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in Project Management, Order Management, Customer Project Execution, Manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Formal training in Project Management; PMP certification desirable.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management, scheduling, documentation, risk and change management.
• Experience with KPIs/OKRs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer order projects through lifecycle ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, invoicing, and cost reporting.
• Identify risks, obstacles, and deviations; support mitigation and resolution activities.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics; maintain compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across time zones.
