Siemens Energy, Inc. in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic transformation and Lean-based improvements across its global Switchgear factory network.

This role blends project management with manufacturing excellence to drive productivity and capacity expansion. You will manage cross-functional teams, conduct value-stream mapping and Kaizen workshops, and develop transformation roadmaps with executive reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, project management, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic productivity, footprint development, industrialization, and network optimization projects.
• Drive Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs across factories.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and ensure delivery of business objectives, timelines, and benefits.
• Conduct value stream mapping, operational assessments, and Kaizen workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support capacity expansion, factory transfers, and growth readiness activities.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive management reporting.
• Standardize best practices and operational excellence methodologies across the network.
