Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sponsor Dedicated - Project Data Manager to lead data management activities across LATAM locations. You will coordinate Data Management/Data Operations teams and ensure timely delivery per contract and SOPs, while partnering with Project Management and Clinical Monitoring.

The role involves training, financial oversight, and ongoing progress reporting. Ideal candidates have CDM experience, strong project management skills, and exposure to Oracle Clinical/Rave/Inform.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in the biological sciences or RN; equivalent work experience if no degree.
• Clinical data management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with CDM practices and relational databases.
• Strong project management skills and methodologies.
• CRO experience preferred.
• Direct exposure to Oracle Clinical/Rave/Inform.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Lead for Data Management; liaison between Data Management/Operations and Project Management and other groups.
• Coordinate the Data Management/Data Operations team.
• Ensure Data Management activities meet contractual and SOP requirements.
• Provide project-specific training as required.
• Manage project finances, scope changes, and participate in reviews.
• Monitor progress and report to Sponsor and team.
