Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding across LATAM and seeks an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager / Principal Clinical Data Manager to lead data management for multiple trials. You will oversee data entry, CRF development, database builds, UAT, and documentation, coordinating with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data for successful trials.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical data management, leadership, and knowledge of data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of related experience
• 8+ years' experience for Senior Clinical Data Manager
• 10+ years' experience for Principal Clinical Data Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with various clinical data management systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with data management standards and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Data Management contact for assigned projects, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Oversee data entry processes, guidelines, training, quality and resourcing.
• Perform QC of data entry and coordinate data review activities.
• Develop CRF specifications from study protocols and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Build and test clinical databases; oversee database quality and documentation.
• Specify edit check requirements for electronic and manual reviews.
• Create, revise, and version data management documentation for Trial Master File.
• Train study personnel on CRF, EDC, and project items as needed.
• Review trial data per Data Management Plan and generate status reports.
• Collaborate with vendors and sponsors; manage data-related deliverables.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional initiatives and mentoring of team members.
