Syneos Health is seeking a Project Data Manager to lead data management across assigned studies. You’ll coordinate internal teams, ensure data activities align with contracts and SOPs, and oversee TMF filing and audits. The role requires strong project management, clinical data knowledge, and staff mentorship.

You will collaborate with Clinical Monitoring, Operations, and Finance to ensure on‑time delivery and compliant practices, while driving process improvements and training for junior staff.

Formación

• BA/BS in the biological sciences or related field or RN.
• Clinical data management experience or equivalent.
• Experience with relational database systems and data management practices.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as Functional Lead for Data Management and primary liaison between Data Management/Operations and Project Management, Clinical Monitoring, and other groups.
• Coordinate the work of the Data Management/Data Operations team.
• Ensure launch, delivery and completion of all Data Management activities per contract and SOPs.
• Provide project-specific training to internal and external audiences as required.
• Oversee financial management of assigned projects, including revenue recognition and changes in scope.
• Monitor and communicate project progress using status reports and metrics.
• Plan and allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation per SOPs.
• Maintain TMF filing and audit-ready documentation at all times.
• Participate in internal and sponsor meetings and external audits.
• Mentor data management staff and prepare inputs for bids.
