Job summary

Precision Medicine Group, LLC is expanding its LATAM Data Management team and seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Clinical Data Manager to drive data quality from startup through database lock. You will lead DM activities, develop CRFs, oversee database builds, and coordinate with vendors, all while ensuring timely delivery for global trials.

The role requires 8+ years (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal) in clinical data management, strong communication, and proficiency with CDISC standards;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years for Senior CDM; 10+ years for Principal CDM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with clinical database management systems (CDMS).
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead DM for assigned projects, ensuring timely, quality data delivery.
• Oversee data entry, create guidelines, train staff, and ensure QA of data entry.
• Develop CRF specifications from study protocols and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
• Perform database build, UAT, and maintain DB documentation.
• Coordinate data management activities with vendors and cross-functional teams.
