Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Project Control Analyst in Mexico to provide expert PCA support within a global services framework. The role partners with the PCA Manager and Regional Finance Leader to drive standardized PCA processes, budgets, and forecasts across projects and contracts.

Responsibilities include KPI tracking, ERP data management, invoicing, cash collection, and monthly closes by country. Strong SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet skills, plus experience in multicultural teams, are required

Qualifications

SAP Super User experience is preferred.
Excellent Excel skills and Smartsheet or equivalent.
Strong experience in using PCA tools and related processes.
Previous work experience in multi‑cultural global environment.
Capable of driving changes through functional reporting lines.

Responsibilities

Embed in the global service organization as a business partner reporting to PCA Manager and Regional Finance Leader.
Support PCA processes and standardize PCA workflows.
Actively track and manage PCA KPIs and provide analysis for HQ reporting.
Enter and maintain project financial data in ERP (orders, budgets, invoicing).
Support invoicing and cash collection for project contracts and services.
Deliver monthly close for assigned units by country and report exceptions.
