Job summary

One Mobility Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior Cluster Controller to drive financial performance and reporting across a cluster of plants. You will partner with Plant Management and the global Finance & Controlling organization to align local objectives with corporate targets.

The role translates operational performance into actionable financial insights, enabling effective decision-making and sustainable profitability across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide management with information to support decisions and actions for the plant.
• Suggest improvements to EBIT and financial performance.
• Report financial results to managers and coordinate activities.
• Participate in strategic short and long-range plans for operations and growth.
• Manage financial planning, procurement and investment of company funds.
• Analyze financial records to forecast position and budget needs.
