Job summary

Bpxglobal is seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote, B2B IT integration project in the FMCG/RGM space with a large client in Mexico. You will coordinate integration workstreams between SAP ECC/S/4HANA and RGM platforms, manage interfaces, dependencies, testing (SIT/UAT) and defects, and drive cross-functional collaboration across vendors and teams.

• 3+ years of experience coordinating IT integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration environments.
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT testing and defect management.
• Excellent English communication for global teams.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration workstream across SAP, RGM, and other technical teams.
• Maintain interface register and track dependencies.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and defect resolution.
• Prepare status updates and raise risks to stakeholders.
• Support cross-vendor communication in a remote, international project.
