TEKA is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the product roadmap and lifecycle for assigned categories, aligning with global strategy and local market needs.

You will analyze market trends, pricing and consumer insights, coordinate go-to-market activities, and support sales with product knowledge while collaborating with R&D, Design, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Fluency in English is required; experience in international, matrix organizations is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in appliances or durable goods.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business mindset with financial knowledge.
• Fluent English required (intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the product roadmap for assigned categories in line with strategy.
• Manage the product lifecycle including introductions, upgrades, and phase-outs.
• Ensure portfolio consistency across markets; analyze market trends and pricing.
• Translate market requirements into briefs; lead cross-functional projects with R&D, Design, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Define positioning, value proposition and go-to-market activities including launches and training materials.
• Define pricing strategy and margin targets with Finance and Sales; monitor product KPIs.
• Support sales with product knowledge and competitive comparisons.
• Coordinate with head office and regional teams to align global strategy with local needs.
