TEKA Group, a global leader in kitchen solutions, is seeking a Demand Planner in Mexico City. You will align supply with demand streams and work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced English. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Approve, release, and monitor production and purchase requisitions.
• Develop priorities and communicate support functions while taking an active role in problem resolution.
• Coordinate with all sales teams to ensure proper inventory levels - maintain knowledge of plant operations and equipment design to plan properly.
• Regularly update work order due dates based on fluctuations in in-house capacity and the delivery schedules from factories.
• Keep Supply Chain and Logistics manager aware of applicable changes that would affect the lead time of the requisitions so that the process can be kept up to date.
• Regularly monitor and update safety stock levels in the system when necessary.
• Identify areas of improvement in current planning process and recommend action plans.
