FORVIA HELLA, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking an Operations Project Manager in El Salto, Jalisco. You will lead product launches and engineering change management, coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Program Management to ensure timely implementation at the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in automotive launches, engineering change management and cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization within a production environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and team leadership skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product launch and engineering change management activities, ensuring successful and timely implementation across the plant.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Operations, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project milestones, risks and KPIs, driving escalation and corrective actions when required.
• Ensure readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation and production standards for new product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
