- 8+ years in process control, automation, or related areas.
- Strong DCS/PLC/SCADA expertise.
- Experience with major automation platforms.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global Process Control strategy.
- Lead process optimization and digital transformation across sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and energy use.
- Drive APC, automation systems, and digital tech implementations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Technology.
- Analyze data to diagnose performance gaps and propose solutions.
- Support reliability and asset integrity programs.
- Manage process control projects from concept to implementation.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote best practices in control, cybersecurity, and ops excellence.
- Evaluate emerging tech like AI to boost plant performance.
