Koch is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for HR Applications to help shape payroll technology solutions used by employees worldwide. You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to architect technical solutions and implement system configurations, gaining exposure to global payroll rules and tax logic.

The role offers growth in technical configuration, access to enterprise-scale technology initiatives, and a chance to advance payroll operations across borders.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in payroll-related processes or systems.
• Experience with system configuration, integrations, or technology solutions.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones and in a multicultural environment.
• Strong English communication skills in a business setting.
• Experience supporting global HR/payroll systems and payroll processing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to develop well-designed payroll solutions that create value for the business.
• Lead or participate in discussions to define business requirements and system designs.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements that enable scalable payroll solutions and system improvements.
• Lead or support problem-solving efforts related to payroll production support and system enhancements.
• Resolve system issues and support escalations while minimizing business disruption.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system functionality to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Foster personal and team development by sharing knowledge and growing organizational capabilities.
