Motive is seeking an experienced Sr. Payroll Analyst to manage US and international payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of payroll experience, is proficient with ADP, GL reporting, and advanced Excel, and collaborates closely with HR and Finance globally. This role supports year-end processes, RSU payroll items, and international tax filings while driving automation and process

Formación

• 5–7 years of payroll experience with US and international exposure.
• Strong use of ADP systems and payroll reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and GL reconciliations experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end US and Canadian payroll; back up international payrolls (Mexico, UK).
• Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll issues.
• Support GL entries and payroll-related reports.
• Generate payroll metrics and year-end processes (W-2s, international filings).
• Assist with RSU and equity payroll items in ADP.
