Koch is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for Payroll Technology to shape payroll solutions supporting employees worldwide. You will partner with product owners and global stakeholders to drive system enhancements and improve user experiences.

This role offers exposure to German and global pay rules, configuration developments, and enterprise-scale technology solutions, with opportunities to expand technical configuration capabilities and to grow within a collaborative, diverse team.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Payroll Analyst.
• Experience with system configuration or integrations.
• Ability to work across global time zones and cultures.
• Excellent English communication in business settings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to develop payroll solutions.
• Lead or participate in discussions to define business requirements and system designs.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements for scalable payroll solutions.
• Lead or support problem-solving for payroll production support and system enhancements.
• Resolve system issues and support escalations minimizing disruption.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and system functionality.
• Foster personal and team development by sharing knowledge.
