Scale AI is seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist to coordinate and manage global payroll accounting activities. You will run multi-frequency domestic and international payroll cycles, perform audits, handle month-end close, and liaise with external vendors and PEO/EOR partners.

You’ll use HRIS and AI-enabled tools to keep records accurate and compliant while supporting employees and responding to inquiries.

Formación

• Experience handling multi-frequency domestic and international payroll.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations.
• Manage payroll accounting: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and year-end tax activities.
• Use HRIS and AI-enabled tools to maintain confidential records and improve workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude, including learning AI-enabled tools and new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multi-frequency payroll cycles domestically and internationally.
• Perform audits before and after payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries for payroll accounting.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employees and coordinate with vendors/PEO/EOR.
• Leverage HRIS and AI tools to maintain records and adapt to regulatory changes.
