Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager in Puebla HQ to drive automation and digital initiatives across manufacturing plants. You will define strategy, build roadmaps, manage CAPEX, and lead change across a global network.

You will work with cross-functional teams, promote best practices, and ensure standards are deployed to improve operational performance. Fluency in English and a strong Lean background are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar manufacturing role focusing on automation and IA/AI implementations.
• Strong lean manufacturing and operations background.
• Proven project management and change management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define the Digital and automation strategy and roadmap.
• Promote and manage DT projects to improve operational performance.
• Define standards and ensure deployment across plants.
• Build and manage the portfolio of innovations in line with strategy.
• Coordinate CAPEX/CAPEX approvals and budget alignment.
• Lead change management plans and governance across network.
