Job summary

BRP is seeking an Operational Excellence leader to drive continuous improvement across BRP plants and functions. You will guide OpEx teams, implement lean tools, kaizen events, and problem-solving methods to eliminate waste and optimize processes aligned with BRP's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar with Lean Manufacturing specialty.
• Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Seven years of experience in continuous improvement or OpEx roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in BRP management system and its elements.
• Facilitate and coach Lean Manufacturing practices across sites.
• Promote lean thinking and cultural transformation for continuous improvement.
• Ensure correct BRPMS standards are applied and followed.
• Monitor OpEx roadmap, align with strategic objectives and measure KPIs.
