Grundfos is seeking a Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to drive CI initiatives across our global manufacturing network from the San Luis Potosí facility. You will lead the Division CI network, deploy GPS, coach plant leadership, and embed CI across projects and operations.

You have a track record in Lean, 10–15 years in manufacturing, and strong coaching skills to build plant-level CI roadmaps and measurable improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with proven Production System deployment across regions.
• Extensive experience implementing Continuous Improvement and Lean processes in large-scale manufacturing.
• Strong track record leading CI teams and coaching senior plant leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Drive CI initiatives across Grundfos plants globally within the Division.
• Develop and lead Division Plant CI teams through training and on-the-job development.
• Coach Plant Managers and leaders on CI tools deployment and roadmaps.
• Deploy GPS, lead GPS assessments, ensure CI standards in projects.
• Validate CI deployment against group strategy using X-Matrix, A3, and TIPs.
• Drive budgets, Kaizen savings, and financial indicators for CI results.
• Organize division CI conventions and share best practices across plants.
