Responsabilidades

• Develop department personnel and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee TRANSCON department operations and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers and customers.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Promote Expeditors culture and values.
