Expeditors is seeking a Regional Manager for Project Cargo Services covering Mexico and the US southern border. This full-time on-site role will lead the regional team, drive business development, and coordinate with Sales to grow project cargo opportunities.

You will manage specialized cargo shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong client relationships across multi-modal transport. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; extensive project logistics experience is

Formación

• 5+ years experience in Project Logistics.
• 7+ years handling overweight/over-dimensional loads via barge, rail, land, air & ocean.
• Knowledge in Export and import regulations with focus in Mexico.
• Experience in ocean and air charter operations.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional team in operations, pricing and development of project cargo opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities with Sales and local management to meet goals for Project Cargo Services.
• Attend sales calls and branch meetings to promote project service offerings in the region.
• Manage specialized cargo shipments and coordinate shipments across modes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations, including import/export rules.
• Provide high level customer service and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
