Kellanova is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor based in Querétaro to support international assignees across Latin America and ensure payroll, tax, and mobility processes run smoothly. You will collaborate with Payroll, Global Mobility, Finance, Tax, and external providers to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the assignment lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Global Mobility, Payroll, Tax, Accounting or HR Administration.
• Fluent English and strong MS Excel skills; ability to operate in a global stakeholder environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end international assignments across Latin America.
• Partner with Global Mobility and Payroll teams to manage payroll changes and documentation.
• Support tax planning, immigration compliance, and relationships with suppliers.
