Kroll is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to serve as subject matter expert for cross-border employee movement, immigration, and payroll compliance. This role reports to the Director of Global Mobility & Immigration and collaborates with a global team to support multiple regions.

Responsibilities include managing immigration programs, advising on mobility strategy, and ensuring data integrity with service providers. Strong leadership and Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of in-house global mobility experience or similar in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility services, immigration, and relocation for the Americas.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Americas regional specialist for global mobility and immigration.
• Manage immigration program including work authorization, visas, renewal tracking and sponsorship programs.
• Oversee cross-border movement of employees including transfers and extended business travel.
• Advise business on mobility best practices and policy compliance.
