Job summary

Elife is expanding its partnerships team to accelerate growth in mobility operations across regions. This role focuses on daily operations, driver and fleet recruitment, and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Travel Consultants, and external vendors, analyze performance trends in Excel, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in operations or logistics, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations, including trip allocation and dispatching.
• Driver and fleet recruitment.
• Ongoing driver/fleet follow-up and training.
• Collecting and monitoring customer reviews.
• Manage operational incidents in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support operational decisions.
• Analyze performance trends (MTD, MoM) and report key deviations.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics including reviews, driver activity, revenue.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives with supervisors for assigned regions.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Travel Consultants, and external vendors.
• Execute continuous improvement actions defined by the operations team.
