INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel and mobility arrangements for employees and clients. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating complex travel logistics while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing costs.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience managing corporate travel operations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end travel planning.
• Familiarity with international travel regulations, visas, and mobility requirements.
• Ability to build trustful and professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Researching, arranging, and coordinating travel services.
• Preparing cost projections and managing expense reporting.
• Analyzing and improving travel and mobility processes.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements.
• Leading visa strategy execution and coordinating relocation logistics.
