Job summary

Nissan Mexicana seeks a Sr. Expats Specialist to support relocation and international assignee mobility across Mexico and LATAM, based in Mexico City. You will manage immigration, vendor relationships, payroll guidance, and compliance to ensure a smooth employee experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3-4+ years in global mobility, and advanced English proficiency; hybrid work (4 days onsite, 1 remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-4+ years of Global Mobility, Expatriate Services, Immigration, or International Relocation Programs.
• Experience managing visas, work permits, immigration compliance, and relocation processes.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end expatriation, relocation, and immigration processes for international assignees.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compensation, and external vendors to deliver compliant and efficient mobility services.
• Administer assignment-related payments, invoices, payroll instructions, and budget planning activities.
• Monitor immigration compliance, documentation, reporting, and employee records.
• Support employees and stakeholders by providing guidance and resolving mobility-related inquiries and issues.
