Job summary
Kroll is seeking a Manager II, Messaging & Productivity to lead a globally distributed team responsible for Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Slack, and Power Platform. The role includes roadmap development, governance, and service ownership to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise messaging services.
You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Records Management, and Information Security while driving transformational initiatives across M365 and related platforms.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience supporting, engineering, or managing enterprise messaging and productivity technologies.
- Strong enterprise experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience supporting, engineering, or governing Slack or comparable enterprise messaging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the messaging and productivity platform engineering team across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Slack, and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain a 12–24 month roadmap for the Messaging & Productivity Platforms portfolio.
- Govern platform standards, ownership models, and operating practices across the portfolio.
- Oversee migrations, mergers, and tenant consolidations with a focus on business continuity and minimal disruption.
