Siemens Energy is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage global transport orders and documentation at the Querétaro competence center. You will coordinate with carriers, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries across modes.

The role requires 2–4 years in transport management, English proficiency, and strong MS Office/SAP basics. Join a collaborative team focused on sustainable energy logistics in Querétaro.

Formación

• Bachelor in business field (supply chain, logistics or similar) or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Transportation Management across all modes.
• Experience in managing Logistics Services to ensure on-time, economical delivery.
• Basic knowledge of export processes and documents.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus, English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete transport and customs documentation as applicable.
• Order and coordinate transports across all modes based on dates and contracts.
• Coordinate goods pickup with suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor transport activities and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve delays, discrepancies and damages.
• Support process optimization and order-to-invoice verification for logistics.
