Job summary

Mann+Hummel Distribution Center, Querétaro, is seeking a seasoned distribution leader to manage end-to-end processes across the global network. You will deploy standardized operations, monitor performance, and optimize efficiency in collaboration with 3PL and 4PL partners.

The role focuses on driving process excellence, leading multi-site initiatives, and guiding warehousing technology implementations while coordinating with regional teams for scalable, consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in distribution logistics or equivalent, strong leadership abilities.
• Automotive manufacturing exposure preferred, familiar with M+H products and processes.
• Experience leading complex logistics projects, including 3PL/4PL transitions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead global distribution processes across the organization.
• Serve as the logistics lead for the e-commerce transition, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
• Ensure operational excellence within distribution centers through KPI management and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of in-house and 3PL warehouse operations.
• Champion end-to-end process standardization across the global distribution network.
• Evaluate and support best-in-class warehousing technologies, including business case development.
• Collaborate with Transportation Process Manager to deliver seamless end-to-end processes.
• Provide leadership and project management for critical distribution initiatives.
• Act as sub-project team leader, managing scope, timeline and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration with regional teams to align global and local operations.
• Lead implementation of global distribution processes within regional networks for consistency.
