Grammer México seeks a Senior Planning Manager to lead global supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and logistics processes across our worldwide network. This role directs SAP MRP and master data governance, drives PFEP, and steers Demand Management, S&IOP, and MPS initiatives.

You will manage production planning and logistics for NPI, ECM, EOP, and EOL projects, and drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction across global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 8–10+ years in supply chain planning or logistics
• Experience in global operations
• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, WM & MRP
• Experience with S&IOP, MPS and master data governance
• Advanced Excel and data analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Advanced English
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement
