Samsung SDS America is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage international import/export shipments and domestic transportation. You will coordinate documentation, communicate with customers, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective freight movements.

The role requires a strong understanding of customs, freight forwarding, and carrier operations, plus travel up to 10% in the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; High School Diploma also acceptable.
• 3+ years of international logistics, freight forwarding, import operations, or transportation coordination.
• Knowledge of ocean/air import, customs clearance processes, and international shipping documentation.
• Understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with TMS/ERP or logistics software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international import shipments via ocean, air, and ground transportation.
• Monitor shipment status from origin to delivery and resolve issues.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation for import, customs clearance, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and carriers to facilitate shipment processing.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
